LCD Surface Inspection Light

The production of LCD patch process has been dominated by hand cleaning and patches. The use of day lights with vertical angle cannot check the LCD surface dust effectively. Many unqualified products thus missed. Therefore we developed the LCD parallel surface inspection light to avoid the disadvantages of the day light.
With a high-brightness and high-power LED array, The LCD parallel surface inspection light can illuminates a wide area with even and parallel emitting light. The brightness can reach more than 20 thousand LUX. The color of white, warm white, yellow, green etc. can be chose to inspect dust, scratches, dirt of The LCD panel.
(the shading plate can be added to prevent artificial eyes from fatigue when using for a long time.)

Features:

1.Special wavelength: the main wavelength is 546 and 578nm; it is yellow green which does not hurt the eyes.

2.Inspecting scratches or dust with 10um through high sensitivity of the human eye to yellow green

3.The main engine and the light are separated to adjust the irradiation angle.
