The difference between the industrial camera and the normal camera

The difference between the industrial camera and the normal camera:
1.The industrial camera can capture the fast moving objects. For example: a fan is attached by a card and flies in maximum speed. Then an industrial camera is used to capture the image in which the characters of the card are still able to be identified.  It can’t be done by the normal camera.
2.Line by line scanning image sensor is used in Industrial camera while interlaced scanning or across three lines scanning is used in normal camera, Line by line scanning image sensor is difficult to produce because of low qualified index and few shipments. Only a few companies in the world can provide this kind of product (such as Dalsa, Sony) but expensive. The price of CCD is from 4000 to 30000 RMB and the technical parameters are various. Only the use of line by line scanning image sensor can capture fast moving objects.
3.Shutter speed of the industrial camera is faster than that of the normal camera: the industrial camera can capture 10 to 100 images in a minute while 2 to 3 images captured by the normal camera.
4.The industrial camera outputs raw data and its spectral range is wide, which is suitable for high quality image processing, such as Machine vision application. The spectral range of the common camera is only suitable for human vision and the quality of the images is poor because of compressing of mjpeg.
